    great mask fits well and my glasses don't fog up

    nose wire is no bueno

    they changed the nose wire and no longer makes a seal.. WAY better kf94s. doubt would pass kf94 fit test with new model(ffp2). attempts to contact botn just ignored(normally answer quick). if can find old stock they are good but FAR better kf94s even cheapest models have better nose wires. lol got to big too quick I guess. have all sizes, and have tried dozens of kf94 brands. I suspect a recall will happen soon.

    it prob should be 3 stars but annoyed with botn not replying. be healthy is top notch company tho!!! 6/5 for them

    edit; further research indicates I am not the only one who found there to be a BIG change. confirmed via pics of different wire and Arron collins mask nerd even tweeted about this change.

    got a pile of them if anyone wants to buy lol! all sizes!

    I contacted botn MONTHS ago about the issue asking about any changes to nose wire and got no reply (but replies to other questions) and its made very clear you do not accept returns or exchanges(would that not make my case better as I am not trying to demand anything from you?), as well as now it has been confirmed by others having the SAME issue. folks have posted picks of the different wires. please let us know what botn said about QC issues or new supply of nose wires over last year. really not sure why you are trying to CALL ME out on YOUR mistakes lol. I am being fair and saying your service is great as corrected it, so why are you trying to discredit my review?

    see pic of the wires themselves, OBV there has been a change even though you said you contacted botn. lying is a BAD look, sorry to air it out, but really not cool trying to discredit my review by bringing things up that have 0 to do with the mask, esp as was YOUR mistake.. but handled it and appreciated it and no problem saying great service and good company! but trying to discredit review is silly as its a well known thing, and I am sure if u have any 9 month of stock kicking around you will see same thing!

    We have been more than accommodating with your requests for your international order.
    International orders takes time to clear customs and to save on shipping cost we only offer non guaranteed services. Your order was delivered in the estimated time frame but you still tried to file a claim so we refunded you for the shipping which we had to pay for.
    That was your first order with us and to be honest we are not sure which older stock you would have had to compare with. If you have any other questions please contact us directly.

    I really like these masks. They fit snugly on the face without crowding your nose and mouth, and do not feel claustrophobic. I like the adjustable elastic ear straps. Would have preferred the black color, but they were out of stock when I ordered.
